Blue Bovine is a landmark project located near Toronto’s Union Station, the atmosphere of a classic North American steakhouse with refined Japanese dining and a contemporary bar. The space offers guests a uniquely immersive culinary experience that redefines upscale dining.

Aiden contributed to the project by designing key element furniture that reflect a distinct Canadian aesthetic combined with modern luxury. His work included custom furniture and spatial detailing that enhanced both function and visual impact. Through close collaboration with the client and partner firms, the design successfully bridged cultural and stylistic elements—delivering a cohesive and elevated environment.
